Why Article Marketing Is So Good For List Building
List building is the engine I use to build my online business. And article marketing is the fuel that runs my engine.
Let me explain.
The reason I list build is so that I can leverage my traffic. What do I mean by leveraging my traffic?
The idea with leveraging your traffic is that you are able to get more than one visitor for each person that initially comes to your web site each day. That is leveraged traffic.
So how does list building do that?
The idea with list building is that, instead of trying to sell someone something the first time they come to my web site (and dont really know me, and hence less disposed to purchasing from me), I simply offer them something free in exchange for opting in to my email list.
Once they are on my email list, I can send them to my sales page as often as I choose getting multiple visits to my web site.
Currently I am operating under a multiple of 5 for every 1 new visitor I get to my web site each day, I get a total of 5 total visits. So if I have 100 visitors to my web site from the search engines and the article directories, then I have a total of 500 visitors when the day is done.
How does article marketing tie in? The key with article marketing is that it funnels some of the very best leads into my list building system. This means that I am leveraging not just search engine traffic, but the most highly qualified search engine traffic on earth, to my list building machine, my web site.
