List Building Why I Use Article Marketing for my List Building
When I first got started online, I tried to make things happen for me by buying traffic. As most of you know who have been online for awhile, that does not work.
I stumbled into article marketing first by using it to generate backlinks to be used by the search engines to give me natural search engine rankings for search engine traffic.
That worked wonders for me; in fact, I still have #1 spots in both Google and Yahoo for my very first web site, for which I have done no work in the last 9 months the backlinks do all the work.
So how did I transition to list building?
What happened was that I started studying and researching how to make money online and found list building. But I realized that most people were struggling with the traffic generation end of list building.
What had been happening also is that my articles were creating direct hits to them. I started thinking, why not write articles and send the readers directly to my squeeze page? I did, and have not looked back since.
There are so many people online that are simply writing articles for the purpose of gaining backlinks and traffic to Adsense types of pages. But I am doing something different sending the traffic to a squeeze page. And it is working wonders for me. It is like I have no competition!
All I can say is, give article marketing a try for your list building campaign!
