List Building Web Profit Model
What is the list building web profit model? In short, the list building web profit model is the web business model that generates its profits by not selling visitors on the first time they come to the web site, but instead selling visitors after they have developed a relationship with them via list building.
So what is the process?
First, the list building web profit model foregos initial profit on the first time the visitor gets to the web site, opting instead to persuade the visitor to become a member of an email list.
Once the visitor becomes a member, then the list building web profit model dictates that an email relationship be developed with the member. This involves a series of giving emails emails that give free gifts, useful content, and lots of information.
The law of reciprocity kicks in and the members begin to give back.
They shift their buying habits from purchasing from other web sites to purchasing from you.
You see, these people are going to buy certain things online each day. They can buy from the other guy (or gal) or they can buy from you.
How to get them to buy from you?
Develop a relationship with them.
When you go to buy a new car, if your best friend is a car salesman, are you going to buy from a stranger, or from your best friend?
Your job online, although you cannot become their best friend, is to become a good, trusted friend.
How do you do that?
You must build a relationship with your subscribers to make the list building web profit model successful.
