7 Ways To Become A Great Leader
Leadership is the process of leading and influencing people through the development of certain traits or skills. Leadership can be applied in various ways such as in the military, in schools, corporate business as well as in a political environment.

Have an agile mind: You need the ability to learn quickly and to adapt to new changes. Agility also means to be up to date with your environment so as to take advantage of new ideas and developments. This could pay off in large reduction of costs and better results.
Have a strategic plan: A strategic plan is like a road map to get you to where you want to be. It requires discipline and hard work as does anything worthwhile. You decide who plays what role and help such persons carry out their duties by providing the necessary training and follow-up.
Stay focused: Focus helps you to achieve high levels of greatness in leadership. Evaluating results and monitoring how your principles are followed are achieved through focus. An excellent way of remaining focused is to constantly embrace and see your vision in the state of fruition.
Be Tenacious: Tenacity is needed for all leaders. You have to be able to deal with problems effectively as they arise. There will always be obstacles in attaining your goals. These obstacles are best be viewed as stepping stones; which are necessary for further growth and to get closer to attaining your vision.
Be Consistent: You have to be consistent in whatever values or principles you have implemented. This simply means that you cannot get sidetracked or even change what you have implemented. Being consistent is a very powerful way to help you attain your vision.
Be Humble: Humility is vital for learning from your mistakes and others. It is also a great way to get feedback as you are able to listen to comments, suggestions and identify problem areas. This knowledge helps you to make effective changes and gain value insights.
